My personal best is  around 8% but I think its possible to do less with clever routing.

this idea should have won first but the player movement felt floaty and having to restart the whole process after completing the flag was annoying.

what do you mean by restarting the process after completing the flag? You can press "play" button again to enter editor mode again and it never resets stuff you drew before.

It resets your character position and you have to collect the same flags over again 

ohhh. but there are only 4 flags and the goal is to find the optimal path to collect them all, so reseting them was neccessery to evoid cheating. But I think I can try to make it so it only restarts to the previous checkpoint(flag) in the single run but restarts completely after editing the map 🤔

If the flags were numbered and you could see them all from the beginning then you could plan it out from the beginning instead of having to solve one. Then the next and so on. That simple change could have been the difference but time is tight I get it. 

I think you are right. I playtested a bit today and I just realized how much work it is to switch back and forth to adjust the level to new flag

the hitbox on the guy is infuriating, but i did it

Good job! :P yeah I will fix hitbox if I will ever do a full game to prevent cheese as well
